On March 17, 2021, the construction of a mobile hybrid power plant began in the village of Tabalakh (Ulakhan-Kyuel), Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).

During the first stage it is planned to even out the terrain and commence the construction work, as well as the delivery of sand-gravel mix. Next, the builders will commence construction of modular buildings and solar panel mounting systems.
