On the 28th of July 2021, the first contracts for the supply of equipment for the construction of mobile hybrid power plants in the following villages were signed:
▪ Khonuu (Moma);
▪ Kulun-Elbut;
▪ Sasyr;
▪ Tebyulakh (Chumpu-Kytyl).
All the villages are located in the Momskyi ulus of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).

Work on the first hybrid energy facility started in March 2021 in Tabalakh (Ulakhan-Kyuel), Verkhoyansk ulus. Modernization is carried out within the framework of energy service contracts and provides for the construction of energy generation facilities consisting of diesel power plants and solar modules with energy storage systems.

The power supply systems of five isolated regions of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) will be modernized with investments in the amount of more than 1 billion rubles.

The hybrid power station located in Tabalakh village will be put into operation in September 2021. Launch of the other 4 automated hybrid power plants is planned for 3rd quarter of 2022.
