Signing a construction contract

On the 22nd of July 2020 as part of the Far East and Russian Federation Arctic Zone energy modernisation programme Complex Energy Solutions LLC (part of Arctic Power Capital group) has signed 2 energy service contracts to build 5 new mobile hybrid power stations. The facilities will be built in the following villages located in Republic of Sakha (Yakutiya):
▪ Tabalakh (Ulakhan-Kyuel);
▪ Khonuu (Moma);
▪ Kulun-Elbut;
▪ Sasyr;
▪ Tebyulakh (Chumpu-Kytyl).

All power stations will be build using solar panels, energy storage systems, modern diesel generators and state of the art automation system. This will allow a 50% reduction in the consumption of diesel fuel, which in turn reduces greenhouse gas emissions and allows reduction of costs.

The client of the project is OJSC Sakhaenergo (RusHydro Group). The total value of the 2 energy service contracts is 2,016,461,878.,86 rubles. Complex Energy Solutions LLC is the investor and the developer of the project. Source of revenue for the project derives from using new and more effective energy generation facilities which leads to economy in the consumption of the diesel fuel. The project will be fully financed with funds sourced by Complex Energy Solutions LLC.
