On the 7th of August 2020 began the design and project stage of the 5 mobile hybrid power plants.

When designing the new power plant the main factor will be to replace diesel generation by solar. This will allow to generate all required electricity capacity for the villages with minimal use of fossil fuels.

Planned output capapcity of the 5 power plants in Republic of Sakha (Yakutiya):
▪ Tabalakh (Ulakhan-Kyuel) : DPP - 600 kW, SPP - 404 kW;
▪ Tabalakh (Ulakhan-Kyuel) : DPP - 600 kW, SPP - 404 kW;
▪ Kulun-Elbut : DPP - 250 kW, SPP - 99 kW;
▪ Sasyr : DPP - 600 kW, SPP - 225 kW;
▪ Tebylyakh (Chumpu-Kytyl) : DPP - 250 kW, SPP - 99 kW.

Launch of the 1st facility in the Tabalakh (Ulakhan-Kyuel) village is planned for October 2021. The total cost of 5 power plants is estiamted to be at 1 billion rubles.
